The future: A challenge built from today with principles, values, and innovation.
From what I have learned in my family and at Empresas Polar, there are two important elements that mark the future of each one of us, the first is the consolidation of principles and values in our homes and at work. The second element is innovation, since we are in a world where changes are accelerated and it is important to understand these changes, so that what we do has a value that guarantees our permanence in time.
From apprentice to leader: A journey of hope, effort and opportunity at Cervecería Modelo.
I would like this anecdote to serve as an invitation to the young professionals of our organization to move forward, to have hope in this country and in the company where we work, because with effort and discipline we can achieve a better future. I like to give opportunities to the professionals who come after me and show the way to what is possible.

The future: A challenge built from today with principles, values, and innovation.
When we talk about the future for me it is a great challenge, because we have no certainty about the things that are going to happen and even more so when we do not have absolute control over the results. Only with the actions we take today, we can think that things can go better in the future.

From apprentice to leader: A journey of hope, effort and opportunity at Cervecería Modelo.
Speaking of the future, there was a time when I thought I would not have the opportunity to work within the organization, that was around 1999, after completing the INCES apprenticeship program, when I was very excited about the possibility that there was a vacancy to work permanently with Cervecería Modelo, C.A. I felt totally identified with the company and its work dynamics. And it was after some adjustments in the organizational structure and process improvements in different areas, when they finally gave me the opportunity to belong to this great company, and the opportunity to have another vision of my future.
