Growing as a mother and professional in this great family.
I joined Empresas Polar very young, and that allowed me to help my mother with all the expenses and to have a better quality of life, then I got married and had a beautiful family. Here I have grown both professionally and personally, and the fact that my children often tell me that they are proud of me is the best gift I can receive.
I started in 1992 as an INCE apprentice, passing through the departments of: quality, maintenance, production, savings fund, industrial relations, logistics and reception. At the end of my internship I became secretary of Industrial Relations management. I remember that I was beginning my studies as a university technician in Industrial Administration, when I was transferred to the production area as secretary of the superintendence.
At the end of my career, I applied for the position of Production Analyst, at the same time I began my studies as a Bachelor in Administration of Material and Financial Resources, in parallel, I became a Production and Maintenance planner, and in 2012 I was transferred to the position of Materials Analyst ii Superpacking Warehouse and then to the Metallographic Plant Warehouse.

32 years of passion, growth and indelible traces.
On March 1, 2016, I assumed the position of Production and Maintenance Superintendent of the Super Packaging Plant and 8 years later, on February 1, 2024, I was given the position of Operations Manager. My long career at Empresas Polar has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally, always feeling proud of what I do, always trying to leave my mark wherever I go.
Here I have learned to value the work of other coworkers, to recognize what they do, and every day I motivate them to grow, to study and to make good decisions, not only on a work level but also on a personal level. I am very grateful for all the opportunities and for all the experiences I have had during these 32 years and more to come.
